I live near Marin General Hospital, which has no pad, but there is a park across the street. When they get a chopper the police or fire department shoo everyone away so it can land.

All I can think seeing this view is “that would make a great autocross lot”.

Large lots that aren’t filled with curbs and medians and light poles are becoming really rare around here.
